Comfortable stopover

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was a solid choice. The sliding door was a nice touch for some fresh air. The breakfast from the bistro hit the spot, especially the coffee! One little hiccup was the bathroom setup. The sink being outside the toilet area was kinda weird. Still, would totally go back!

The rooms were compact with the toilet and bath, the staff was courteous. Its location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, right off the Thruway.

The staff were friendly, and the air conditioning was great, but the gym wasn't clean.

A little complicated to get to from the thruway but worth the confusion!

Checked in easily. Staff were friendly. My room had a comfortable layout and good temperature control. Enjoyed the cozy bar area in the lobby. The hotel location was great-close to restaurants and attractions. My billing experience was frustrating. I noticed an unexpected charge on my statement that staff couldn't explain. The pool was supposed to be open, but it was closed . This was disappointing as I was looking forward to using it. The restaurant had limited hours, so I had to Uber food instead. Would return for comfort, but I hope to see improvements in amenities and billing clarity.

It states when making the reservations, that breakfast was included. It is not included, you get a 20.00 coupon towards the breakfast. So it still costed us 20.00 as breakfast was 40.00.

it was relatively close to where we needed to be

The beds were saggy and uncomfortable, the alarm clock was broken and continually went off, I actually had to unplug it and bring it down to the front desk, the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and we were missing pillows.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with warmth. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, and I appreciated the nearby Starbucks for my morning coffee.

Bathroom layout could be improved.

Got Hearing Accessible room with a balcony and a king bed, for example as expected. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, marvellous location. There was a NICE restaurant at a short distance from the hotel.

I was told I wouldn't be charged until check in, if I made it due to weather and family illness, that was not the case. I was charged and couldn't make it.

The staff were helpful, accommodating my needs with a warm smile. The bistro manager impressed me with her excellent service. The cleanliness and the inviting courtyard added to the pleasant experience.

The staff is polite and the food is fresh.

Strongly recommend for a couple of nights

Cute staff, comfortable room with great air conditioning, and a convenient location just 15 minutes from downtown made my stay enjoyable, especially since the fitness center was also available for a quick workout.
